Time running out for lottery winner

A £3.6 million lottery jackpot remains unclaimed with less than a week before the prize deadline expires, it has emerged.

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the March 22 deadline, the money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go towards lottery grants.

The ticket, bought in the Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey area, matched all six numbers in the draw on September 23 last year. The winning Lotto numbers on that date were 23, 25, 28, 41, 46 and 47.
