A BLAIRGOWRIE woman who threatened to kill one of her neighbours was fined a total of £600 at Perth Sheriff Court.
The court was told that 41-year-old Agnes Drummond, of Davie Park Place, had previously been made the subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order because of complaints of excessive noise and rowdy parties at her home.
She pled guilty to committing a breach of the peace by shouting and swearing and uttering threats of violence in Davie Park Place, Blairgowrie, on April 10 last year.
She also admitted a second charge of committing a second breach on April 11 by making threats and racist remarks to a man, again in Davie Park Place.
Solicitor Mike Tavendale said that the accused had previously apologised to the neighbour about her conduct.
Drummond’s sister, 38-year-old Mary Stewart, of Windsor Place, Dingwall, was fined £285 for kicking an officer and committing a breach of the peace.
