AN east Perthshire inn is on the market with a price tag of around £500,000.
The Edinburgh office of hotel and licensed property specialists Colliers Robert Barry are marketing the Strathardle Inn at Kirkmichael.
The business – which can trace its roots back to a 17th Century drovers inn - enjoys a superb roadside location.
It has an excellent range of flexible accommodation including seven letting bedrooms, two self catering apartments, bar, restaurant and lounge and complimenting all this is a three bedroom flat for resident owners.
Included with the Strathardle Inn are fishing rights on a stretch of the River Ardle, as well as a beer garden and a small paddock.
It’s being sold by Katherine Furmidge and Tim Hancher .
Alistair Letham, director with selling agents Colliers Robert Barry, commented: “The Strathardle Inn is a great country business in a beautiful Perthshire location and ideal for new owners seeking an established business, with good profits, showing increasing turnover year on year and providing idyllic living benefits.”
